Guided by the blueprint for the new era drawn up by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Zhengzhou Lianhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has witnessed another significant milestone in its development journey - the solemn ceremony for the establishment and unveiling of the Party branch and the trade union committee of the Company was held. This is a vivid practice of the Company in implementing the Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and a brand-new starting point for the Party building to lead the high-quality development of the enterprise and cultivate a sense of patriotism and belonging. 

At 8:50 a.m. on April 21, 2025, the ceremony began with the resounding national anthem. All the company's leaders and employees witnessed this historic moment together. Under the attention of all the personnel, General Manager Ma Wenwei, Party Branch Secretary Xie Mengxin, and Union Chairperson Li Huanhuan jointly the Party Branch and the Union. The bright red Party flag and the union emblem complemented each other, symbolizing the dual drive of the "red engine" for enterprise development and the "home of employees" for resonance at the same frequency. 

In his speech, Secretary Xie Mengxin of the company's Party branch emphasized: "The establishment of the Party branch is not only a political declaration that the enterprise follows the Party's lead and keeps in step with it, but also a responsibility and commitment to integrate the sentiment of the country and the family into the blood. We should lead with Party building to inspire and unite, closely connect the development of the enterprise with the rejuvenation of the nation, and ensure that every innovation and breakthrough resonates with the pulse of the times and every effort and struggle is integrated into the overall development of the country."

Vice Chairperson of the Trade Union Li Yue then expressed her feelings deeply: "The trade union is the 'family' of the employees and also a bridge for the enterprise and the employees to jointly build the Chinese Dream. We will adhere to the principle of putting employees first, build a community of shared destiny between the enterprise and the employees, and let a sense of responsibility and happiness be the background color of our efforts."Finally, General Manager Ma Wenwei made a summary speech on this event. Ma said that the establishment of the Party branch and the trade union is not only an upgrade of the company's organizational construction, but also a refinement and elevation of the spirit. The original intention of establishing the Party branch is to strengthen the Party's organizational construction, improve the ideological and political quality of Party members, and ensure the advanced nature of the Party member team. At the same time, the Party branch is also a bridge between the enterprise and the employees. Through the dissemination of the Party's policies and guidelines, it guides employees to maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in terms of political ideology, and enhances the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise. The establishment of the Party branch provides a direction for the development of the enterprise. All Lianhua people will lead with "Party building red" to guide "development red", and with "trade union warmth" to gather "heart warmth", and write a magnificent poem of "industrial patriotism" in the tide of the times.

The establishment of the company's Party branch marks that under the leadership of the Party, the company will follow the Party's policy orientation more closely, actively fulfill social responsibilities, and promote the company's steady progress on a legal, compliant, positive and healthy track.
