Chasing the Wind, Gathering Wild Joys: Warmth and Passion Fill the Spring Scenery at Yanming Lake —Lianhua Petrochemical’s 2025 Spring Team-Building Outing Concludes Successfully

On April 22, 2025, as the morning light gently spilled over the shimmering waves of Yanming Lake, the quaint streets of Jiubao Village buzzed with the youthful energy of Lianhua Petrochemical’s team. Stepping away from the noise of the city and the pressures of work, we embarked on a refreshing spring outing, weaving unforgettable stories of camaraderie under the warm spring sun.  

The event commenced with an opening speech by General Manager Ma, who emphasized three guiding principles: “Safety is the bottom line,” “Youth knows no bounds,” and “Unity is strength.” He urged everyone to prioritize safety while fully embracing the freedom of nature to rediscover genuine joy. His words set a heartfelt tone for the day, encouraging collaboration and laying the foundation for lasting synergy.  

During the free exploration period, Jiubao Village transformed into a vibrant stage. From the blueberry-picking gardens and the Huanghe Café to the scenic riverside trails, every corner echoed with laughter and lively interactions. Colleagues revealed their hidden charm, proving that teamwork thrives not just in the office but also in shared moments of carefree adventure.  

At lunchtime, smoke curled up from the barbecue pits as sizzling delicacies and cheerful banter became the universal “language” of bonding. Pre- and post-meal games—like charades relays, dribbling challenges, and hilarious acupressure mat races—dissolved stress and deepened connections. Talented “chefs” among the team showcased their culinary skills, serving up dishes that transcended departmental boundaries. In that moment, there were no titles, no deadlines—only the shared delight of savoring food and friendship.  

As dusk fell, the entire team gathered for a group photo. Against the boundless spring landscape, over thirty smiling faces framed the essence of “team.” This single snapshot captured the vigor of the season and the spirit of unity. Though the outing drew to a close, the journey of growing together never ends.  

This spring retreat not only offered respite from daily pressures but also illuminated the true meaning of teamwork: the balance between professionalism and playfulness, and the sincerity behind every effort to nurture collective happiness.
